Housing and Supportive Services provide customer-oriented services and information to all Hernando County residents and visitors.

Our goal is to assist resident resolve their interim health and social needs, promote self-sufficiency, and enhance or maintain their quality of life through state mandates, contracted services, direct services, advocacy, and community partnerships.

Our services include Affordable Housing, Health and Human Services, and Community Redevelopment. We also serve as the county’s liaison with the Florida Department of Health and the Federally Qualified HealthCare Center, Premier Community Health Care Group.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING

The Hernando County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee will hold its Regular Meeting on Thursday July 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held in the Hernando County Government Center, County Commission Chambers (John Law Ayers room) located at 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida.

All meetings of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee are open to the public.
