Reduction of Liens During Code Compliance Month
Code Compliance Month offers a financial incentive to property owners who have outstanding Code Compliance liens. On or before April 1 of each year, the board may adopt a resolution for the month of May of that fiscal year implementing the provisions of the Ordinance.
