FAQ

Demand Response

The Americans with Disability Act (ADA) transportation service allows people with disabilities to live more independently, take control over their life, and participate full and productively in our community. Demand Response service is for the residents who live within 3/4 mile on either side of the fixed route system, but are unable to access the fixed route transit system due to a disability. A certification process is in place to determine if a person has the ability to use the regular bus.

For additional information about this service, including applying for eligibility, please refer to our  Demand Response Guideline or call (352) 754-4890. This is our Demand Response Application printable version.

If you have any commendations/complaints regarding our services, please call us at (352) 754-4444 or fill out our Commendation/Complaint Form and mail it or deliver it to 1653 Blaise Drive, Brooksville, FL 34601.
